Retirement is wearing me out!

Every day it seems like there is something to do.  How did I ever work my job into my schedule.

Spent a great weekend with my grandchildren and took in the MOSI museum in Tampa.  For you non Floridians, MOSI is the Museum of Science and Industry.  There is a whole building for kids and Emma and Ethan had a blast with all the hands on activities.  Disasterville was a little un-nerving.   Ethan wasn't thrilled with experiencing an earthquake.  All natural disasters had a real life exhibit.

Last Sunday was Ethan and Emma's piano recital. Ethan played Scooby Doo theme and Emma played the Alien's Garage Sale (not a top 40 hit).  They were fantastic!

The beginning of the Retirement Chapter

My first week of retirement has come and gone. Had a wonderful time in Orlando with Rich. Ana the Jack Russell went to a dog spa and had a great vacation playing with other dogs her size. She is known now as Ana the ball catcher. Ace Pet Kennel caught on fast to Ana's passion.

We had alot to celebrate other than my retirement after 45 years as a nurse. We had our 44th wedding anniversary and my birthday too. We spent time relaxing at the pool, went to Emeril's for lunch and of course cruised Downtown Disney and City Walk. Took a trip to Mount Dora and had lunch at the Garden Gate Tea Room.   Highly recommend if you are ever in Mount Dora. And went to a comedy show at Wonderworks. It was a great week!
